Would the Giants Have Won the Super Bowl IF.....? Just Saying

(Let me preface this whole story by saying.... I am a fan of neither team)

Congratulations to the New York Giants. The 2012 Super Bowl Champs! Even a Mountaineer got a Super Bowl Ring (Congrats to Selvish Capers)!!! It is an exciting time for a team, their city, and fans.... But as I've watched the social networks, I've noticed some serious harshness toward Tom Brady and the Patriots. Most of this is coming from the Giants fans. Why attack the Pats or Brady.... it was a good game, both teams played well, and your team won..... Be HAPPY and accept the win. Because, that game could have ended very, very differently if one catch had been made. 

Don't know what I'm talking about....? 

It would be this catch in particular. As the Patriots were driving down the field with the Patriots leading 17-15 with 4:06 to go, Welker failed to catch a second-and-11 pass from Brady that would have resulted in a first down around the Giants' 23-yard line. The Giants only had one time out and New England was chewing up clock. Now, not saying they would have won the game, but you can imagine the outcome. At least a minute and a half off the clock and a field goal at minimum...... On that drive, the Giant fans in all the bars got a little quieter. 

Or even the "Hail Mary" at the end of the game. Gronkowski actually had the ball in his hands in the end zone and dropped it. Definitely heard a lot of gasps and sphincters slam shut on that play as well.....

I am not taking anything away from the NY Giants or their incredible defense, but before you start talking about the dominating performance, what a "Fag" or "F-UP" Brady is, and how the Patriots didn't deserve to be there; you need to remember just how close the game really was and how easily that outcome could have changed. 

I know Giant's fans are sitting there, reading this, laughing like they were never worried. Also, I know there are always many "IF'S" in sports. It would have been different "If NY got those pass interference calls."  All I am saying is be happy your team won the Super Bowl. Because in the end...Tom Brady is the real winner here, because he gets to go home and have sex with his smoking hot wife.
